Upcoming_Certified_Phlebotomy_Technologist_Exams_Registering_NowThese Upcoming National Phlebotomy Association
Certified Phlebotomy Technologist Exams (CPT) are Registering Now:


Sat, Sept 10th        9:30 a.m.    2:30 p.m.  Applications due by August 8

Sat, Nov 19th        9:30 a.m.    2:30 p.m.  Applications due by October 15


 

 

To be eligible to sit for the CPT Examination you must:

  1. Have completed at least the in-school portion of The New York School for Medical and Dental Assistants’ Medical Assistant Program.
  2. Pre-register at least one month in advance of the scheduled examination date.
  3. Download, print and complete the NPA application available on line at www.nationalphlebotomy.org. or from the office of our Dean of Education.
  4. Generate a money order for one-hundred thirty dollars ($130) payable to: The National Phlebotomy Association or for students who attended the school after September 1, 2010 electing to use their certification stipend of one-hundred dollars ($100) for the NPA examination, a money order for thirty dollars ($30) made out to The New York School for Medical and Dental Assistants.
  5. Submit, either in person or by surface mail, the completed application form along with the money order to:

    The New York School for Medical and Dental Assistants
    33-10 Queens Boulevard, Long Island City, New York 11101
  6. Arrive at the required time.
  7. Present a photo ID to the evaluators at the time of the examination.
  8. Attend the examination with pencil(s).

School uniforms are not required on the examination day.
